Staff Google Connections Privacy Notice
Datum & Plane staff may connect Google Calendar, Gmail, and Drive to operate internal tools. This notice explains what Google data those tools access, why, where it is stored, and how staff can disconnect access.
Google data we use
Each connection identifies the connected Google account and email address.
- Calendar: Calendar and event details, including titles, dates, times and locations, to show and manage staff schedules.
- Gmail: Invoice-email draft and message content and available sender addresses, to draft and send invoice emails.
- Drive: Permission to access names, contents and details of files selected for the app or created with it, for use in the internal tools.
Storage
Connected Google data and access credentials are stored securely in the systems that run Datum & Plane’s internal tools so the tools can work.
Disconnecting
Staff can disconnect each Google service in Settings. Disconnecting removes the app’s saved access but does not itself revoke permissions in the Google account.
